Discovered Another Club/Lounge in DC – L2 Lounge

Here is another Club/Lounge you definitely wanna a check out next time you are in DC or if you live in DC. It is called L2. Like Lima, it is an upscale evening type of place right in Georgetown Washington, DC. Although, they have been around for a few years, but I recently heard about them and went there last week. Fantastic place! I still prefer Lima though. I really like the architecture and the atmosphere in L2 – it is cozier and sexier. The place is designed to put you in the mood if you had a crappy week. The booze are rip off though! A glass of Merlot $14! Are you out of your freaking mind? I get a much better wine at Lima with almost half the price.

As for the crowd, I would say Lima is more international and younger. I think it is the $20 – $30 cover charge at L2. Lima also has a cover charge, but, only for guys who are by themselves or with another guy which makes sense. So, if you are with a girl at Lima, you get in for free. It is free for the girls. I just don’t understand the cover for the girls at L2. If they don’t drop their cover for the girls, not sure how long they will last.
