I think I may have answered my own question. There are many amendments to this bill. To find out what is being done would take, as my dad used to say, a Philadelphia lawyer.

Thanks for the link. I am not sure about what I am reading on the link you sent. Is this, .R.3590 the actual bill passed by Congress early December 24, 09 or is this an earlier version.

Could you possibly write a post explaining to citizens everything found in this 2,000 page bill? Obama pledged to place it on line prior to having a vote in Congress. You know, I could not find it!?! Maybe you did and you could tell me and Congress exactly what is there. America wants to know!
