Those of you party animals of the nation capital or if you plan to visit DC, here is a site you may want to register for party update – The International Club of DC!
They are one of the Washington’s premiere organization for internationally-minded professionals who enjoy cultural experiences as well as social, educational, and outdoor events while helping the community. Some of their events include:

THIS COMING FRIDAY: Start the New Year with a dance soiree at the French Embassy! Enjoy a night of dancing, French wine, and socializing with your ICDC friends. You are welcome to come on your own or invite your friends to join us. To celebrate the New Year, we have combined our popular dance lessons at the French Embassy with an extended night of dancing in the embassy’s ballroom. Learn to dance the elegant and romantic waltz followed by salsa, one of the most popular and exciting Latin dances! After the lessons, dance and meet ICDC members while enjoying French wine. Friday, January 15 Salsa Vs. Merengue – Dance Soiree and Dance Lessons at K Street Lounge. Start your weekend with a Latin dance soiree where you will learn how to dance the salsa and the merengue! Both singles and couples are welcome to attend. You do not need a partner to attend, as partners will be rotated during the lesson. No prior dance experience is necessary, as we will have you dancing salsa and merengue in no time! After the lesson, join your ICDC friends for a night of salsa and Latin dancing. This is a great opportunity to meet ICDC members who love to dance in a fun setting and make new friends. Tickets start at only $5 for a limited time.
