Webs.com To Bring Facebook Connect To Millions of Websites

by
Elias Shams
The  Silver Spring based company Webs.com that allows people from anywhere to instantly create a personal or business website,   today launched their Facebook Connect integration tool.  If you have a site with them, you can now easily add the Facebook Connect feature to your own site to enhance your community interaction, and  of course boosting up your site traffic.

Given, 50 m users currently on Webs , I would say this is a great milestone for them. I don’t think any of the other site builder companies like YolaWeebly, Ning, or homestead offer such a feature. read more…

What Happens In Vegas, Certainly Will Not Stay In Vegas This Time

by Elias Shams

I decided to take a break from Awesome Washington DC last week. So, I headed to Vegas for the CTIA event.

Ton of  awesome wireless gadgets and technologies were unveiled during the event.  Those of you couldn’t make  the trip, here are some of the highlights that made the most buzz.

As a classic geek, first thing first – looked for the booths with the best looking babes. They were all fantastic looking, one hotter than the other one :-) The angels were all over the place.  Surprisingly, there were more brunettes than blondes this year  which I like :-)

As for the wireless phones, starting with Sprint and their glorious  4G WiMAX initiative:

More WiMAX markets

Sprint Nextel and Clearwire that currently offer WiMAX services in more than 20 markets covering more than 30 million pops, unveiled additional market for offering its “4G” service to cover 120 million potential customers by year-end. read more…

A Text Message To The Retardlicans From Bill Maher

by Elias Shams

In a classic Bill Maher fashion, Bill really ripped into the right, using Tiger Woods’ explicit publicized text message as an analogy.

Maher decided it was time for the Democrats to start getting tougher on Republicans. He pointed to an awesome sexual text message Tiger Woods sent to one of his mistress, which promised rough sexual behavior, as asking the attitude Democrats should adopt from the “lying bullies of the right.”

Hilarious, witty, and needed to be said! Enjoy it :-) If the video below doesn’t play, click here on his facebook page.

Jon Stewart’s Best Retardlican Moment This Week

by
Kamran Abdi
I watched some documentaries last week on Germany leading into the WWII…amazing parallels between what happened to create that mass delusion that gave rise to Hitler, and the same delusion the Teabagging knucles that Jon Stewart having a blast with in this clip. The same hatred and scapegoating of the “other”, the obsession with race and their imagined superiority. The same need to recapture the glory of the Reich, or “I want my America back”.

As for the Glenn Beck racist comment, read more…

by
Kamran Abdi

The Infamous White House party crashers Tareq and Michaele Salahi who caused a national security scare, are being rewarded for their desperate and cheesy chutzpah with a gig on reality TV, the “Real Housewives of D.C.,”

Crap! This  means we’ll  be seeing a lot more of the Salahi’s in the upcoming Bravo series.

This is just unbelievable! Given how desperate people are for a little bit of fame, the move by Bravo will certainly generates  more idiots like Salahi’s. read more…
