Thanks Samuel, I post one or two articles a day on my blog. Referring to the categories in the right hand side of my blog, my focus is DC, but the tech category applies to anyone anywhere in the world. Cheers Elias

Elias, you've got quite a good coverage of Barcelona in here. If I knew about your blog a bit earlier I could have seriously considered to save the registration money... Well, too late. Commenting on your subtitles: yeah lots of gadgets, wave on bada are good but 'fragmenting' news, Win7 won't impress without X-Box, Security is always welcome and Android I love it (just need to keep improving the hardware). Cheers! -S.

Elias, unfortunately we could not meet in Barcelona. I've bee to Hall #1 and #8 and mostly confirm what you say. Gadgets, security devices, smarties, cards, all about a new variety of points to be connected to the wireless network. I think Lte, or WiMax will allow an incredible increase in the number of devices, with lower costs eventually. Don't think speed will play too much of a differentiator in the beginning at least. I invite you to visit my article on the matter at: http://tinyurl.com/d3x2no . Going to Awsome DC right after I finish this comment. Cheers!

I think the availability of more smartphones based on Android and Windows mobile using cheaper handsets will create an opportunity for startups in gaming and gambling. Over the past few years my business Million-2-1 pioneered mobile gambling on java based handsets which has been very succesful but hard and expensive to implement due to the large number of different handsets we had to build for. We are already able to develop browser based gambling games for iPhone using safari and the increased penetration of cheap smartphones will enable mobile browser based gaming on other phones rather than the download model which will present huge opportunities both for gambling based games e.g slots, poker, bingo etc and social "Zynga" type gaming.
