Harvey Nash USA also announced Andy Bookless’ promotion to Director, Government Services and his move to DC to open a dedicated office. The new office will be Harvey Nash’s 10^th in the U.S. Bookless will relocate from London to DC to head up the new service offering.

Bookless, a U.K. native, Bookless worked for two years at Harvey Nash in London before taking a leave of absence to manage the re-election campaign for the US Congressman, Peter Roskam to the House of Representatives in 2008. Before working at Harvey Nash, Bookless was a marketing consultant at UnirisX, an insurance software-as-a-service firm, and prior to that he was a marketing manager for Huntswood, a professional services and consulting firm in the U.K.
