No more need to have a $100,000 fancy car to get the chicks. We can now do it with just a $200 iPhone.
A new study of 1500 women shows:
. 54% of women more likely to date men with iPhone.
. Men who own an iPhone are more attractive than those who do not.
. Women were particularly repulsed by men who own a Palm Pre.
. 37% of those quizzed said that owning an iPhone makes a man seem more reliable, to which nearly all went on to say that a second date would be likely.
Frankly, given the study comes from a smartphone retailer, not sure about its legitimacy. I am sure if we talk to a Nexus One retailer; they would say 99% of women want to shag you on the spot once they know you have a Nexus One.
Come to think of it, there might be some truth behind it. Most of my own friends with no iPhone, they are either dateless or even if they are in a relationship, they are sexually frustrated
Did you hear that guys? Switch to iPhone immediately
which model, remains unclear. I wonder how lucky the dudes with iPhone 3GS or even with the next generation of iPhone shown here?
Here is a juicy quote from the study:
“There’s just something about a man who’s good with computers that makes him more trustworthy,” said Lucy, a 23-year-old primary school teacher from London. “If he’s got the cash for an iPhone then he must be very good at his job, too.”
I guess iPhone makes men sexier to women because it’s an expensive mainstream & (in increasingly more cases) a business device suggesting wealth and good social standing.
Although I think technically the iPhone is by far better then a blackberry I wouldn’t be surprised if the numbers of Women who prefer men with blackberrys would be even higher since blackberry is instantaneously linked with successful business executive types.

You are funny Elias! Btw my church godmother, my Shia friend wearing the hot pink hijab and I had a laugh yesterday about your post about the volcano causes.
“..The retailer later disavowed any responsibility for the story or the press release that announced the findings.”
It is unfortunate that Palm is in trouble. My old Treo 650 is practical and in many ways more useful than the latest smartphones.
