The Best of The Daily show for this week wasn’t FOX bashing
Instead, Jon Stewart came to the aid of his Comedy Central family, defending “South Park” creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone for their controversial (and censored) episode in which they portrayed Muhammad. I guess Jon Stewart didn’t get the memo that insane religious idiots have no sense of humor.
The censorship by Comedy Central was meant to protect Parker and Stone, following death threats from radical, NY-based Revolution Muslim which according to Stewart means that while they praise Osama Bin Laden and celebrate 9/11, they have access to our theater district, Jewish delis, and parks.
“These numbnuts get to enjoy it. All because of how much we, in this country, value and protect even their freedom of expression. “. Stewart had one last thing to say to Revolution Muslim: “Go F–k Yourselves.” And again, he did it through song. Nice way to close out a strong week for the “Daily Show.”
One of the greatest tragedies of our existence is that we are a people united by so many common goals, but divided by so many uncommon beliefs.
I believe that our goals are more important. We all want to be free. We all want our children to be healthy and happy. Most all of us want peace so long as our own rights are protected.
These are the ideals that we can all strive for together. These are the threads of humanity that cannot be torn apart.

The famous Cyrus cylinder "The first declaration of Human Rights" held in the British Museum and its replica in the U.N.
To be reminded of respect and tolerance, the world seriously needs another Cyrus and Darius or better say “Cyrus The Great” and “Darius The Great”, the two Persian kings 400 – 500 B.C. who came up with the first declaration of human rights with the focus on respect and tolerance of others and their religions.
It is so fascinating to me how these two powerful kings introduced such an uncustomary declaration during the time when they could have done anything with their power and no questions asked.
Being the citizen of both Iran and the US, frankly, President Obama is the closet thing to Darius and Cyrus I have seen so far
Yes, there was a Ghandi and Mandela, but neither of them were really the leader of the most power country in the world at the time of their leadership. What I mean, Cyrus and Darius were the leaders of the largest and the most powerful nation in the world during their time. They could have done anything with their power. In stead, they chose the path of respect and tolerance which explains why and how they managed to expand and maintain the largest nation in the world (about two and half times larger than the USA) for 250 years (50 years older than the USA)
