What I love about DC the most: When I came to this country over 20 years ago I took out a map and tried to decide where I wanted to settle down.  To my surprise I crossed out lots of states for different reasons before I closely examined DC. I found everything I was looking for here.  I found a great international crowd and made a lot of unique friends.  I found many places where I can feel at home.  This city gives me all I need: professional  opportunities, cultural taste and lots of social life.  Growing up I was always surrounded by professionals with artistic taste.  I think we influence our personality and attitude by the atmosphere around us.  Raised in a historic city full of musicians, painters and poets my vision of life is influenced beyond the superficial.  DC has it all.  From bars and night life of varying musical and geographical taste to art and history not only of this country but from the far corners of the world, DC captures both traditional and modern aspects of life.  This city truly is a mixing bowl for infinite cultures and lifestyles.
