Senior Sales Executive – Federal
Our client is the dominant player in the business process / SaaS-PaaS industry. On behalf of our client we are searching for a top flight Civilian agency Sales Executive who offers a demonstrated track record of closing large complex deals for business process / CRM / ERP companies. Candidates must have a solid understanding of enterprise business process demands within the Federal government and a natural fluency discussing and selling Software as a Service and Platforms as a Service. A background selling hardware or software to the government would not be a match. A successful history of relationship selling of complex solutions is critical. Candidates must have a college education, a record of job stability with proven sales success, a strong desire to be part of an elite Federal sales team within a fast-growing public company, and a solid rolodex of Civilian agency contacts. A track record of exceeding quota and being invited to recognition events is desired. The first year compensation package starts with a base salary of $125K, plus $115K on-target commissions, plus substantial accelerators and a commission bridge during the initial employment period. The compensation plan is structured to produce high earnings for successful Federal reps: there are no caps on commissions and sales executives have enjoyed annual incomes well in excess of $500k.
