Job Summary: Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Promotions, the Digital Marketing Project Manager will have responsibility for executing the organization’s web marketing strategy involving all brand and platform websites. He or she will be responsible for managing and growing the website and developing creative ways to help reposition the image of the 4-H movement on a national and local level through the implementation of online programming.

Responsibilities include: work with cross-functional teams to translate marketing objectives into interactive marketing strategies and accompanying tactics; develop interactive program concepts, offers and vehicles in support of strategies; manage the home page strategy; manage activities of external agencies and vendors in support of the above; serve as functional expert with enterprise focus within the Marketing and Communications Group; identify and develops interactive marketing opportunities across teams to improve effectiveness and efficiency of programs: define key performance indicators and create clear linkage between interactive strategies/tactics and organizational objectives; manage analytics and SEO strategy and reporting, develop insights, and explicitly integrate knowledge gained into future programs; advises and manages other interactive programs as needed.

• 4-5 years of interactive marketing experience, project managing websites, producing and/or creating strategic interactive online solutions
• Understanding of emerging online marketing technologies, applications and vendors
• Proven track record of branding and driving traffic through online media, such as behavioral targeting, social media, viral marketing, widget and content syndication etc.
• Experience conceiving and executing online marketing tests
• Strong knowledge of creative process and project management experience; superb attention to detail of execution and the ability to work quickly under deadline pressure and remain flexible
• Knowledge of design, coding and interactive technologies
• Proficient in web metrics and SEO strategy, implementation, and interpretation
• Interpersonal skills to function effectively in a fast paced team environment, and multi-task
• Excellent presentation and collaboration skills; demonstrate ability to drive ideas through a complex organization with multiple stakeholders
• Ability to maintain relentless focus on continuous improvement; not satisfied with the status quo; able to drive positive change through influence
• Ability to build strategic plans and execute them, while setting and managing multiple priorities
• Computer competency: MS Office, CMS, MS Project and Photoshop
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing communications or related field
