Sunday, July 18 from 12 to 3 p.m, The Warford Foundation will kick-off its Sunday brunch series with a fundraiser to honor military widows at the The Front Page in Arlington. Sponsored by The Front Page and Schuler Insurance Agency, it includes a performance by Kyonte ’, a DC singer/ songwriter who’s worked on Grammy-nominated projects for Raheem DaVaughn. Proceeds go to the foundation’s Project Impact Scholars Fund to assist single mothers and military widows complete nursing and other degree programs. Complimentary seats for military widows and single mothers and general admission tickets for $20 can be reserved at here.
